Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Payments

If we cancel a project before work begins, any payments made will be refunded.

Client Responsibilities

Digital Assets and File Safety

While reasonable care is taken when handling physical photographs, documents, digital files, and other materials, no system is completely immune from damage, loss, corruption, or technological failure.

Clients are encouraged to maintain backup copies of all materials before submitting them.

Kathy Lanham is not responsible for losses caused by:

Existing file corruption

Damaged media

Hardware failures

Third-party software issues

Natural disasters

Circumstances beyond reasonable control

Shipping and Delivery

If physical products such as photo books, albums, keepsakes, or printed materials are provided, shipping costs will be disclosed before purchase.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, vendor delays, shipping carriers, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Intellectual Property
